You’ll take the files out of the folder and send them to the Sims 4 tray folder. Backgrounds will be blurred and enhanced shadows will be drawn. The second preset Pixelade Screenshot does the same but also adds a depth of field shader. The first preset Pixelade Gameplay, brightens up the game and enhances colors/contrast. The other file folder contains the tray files. Thanks to G-Shade and my TWO presets, you can brighten your game up and give it more life. Next place that file in your Sims 4 mods folder. To download unzip the file, rename the mod folder in the zip file. The file size is huge, over 500MB so be aware. If you do not have a certain pack then various items will not show up when you place this lot. This build contains CC and items from multiple packs. I already have a guide on the website that you can read here: I won’t be rewriting all that info. It’ll give you a lot of realistic gameplay. You’ll also get a large variety of functional illnesses. The difference between this one and what comes in the game is that you can visit as a patient, see functional doctors, nurses, get a checkup, and pay your bill. I recommend using the Simrealist Private Practice mod to make the hospital fully functional. Next, setup the apartment lot, place the computer and operate the property as a Landlord as usual. If you cannot find the custom venues use this settings option to become a Landlord or quit being a Landlord. If you want to place a hospital on any lot this is a good solution.
